Adding Tenant To DC WASA Account
- Step 1: As of 8/25/2017, DC WASA is updating their online payment system. Until the migration is completed for DC WASA, the owner/primary contact on the water account will need to contact DC WASA (Email Address Listed Below) to request that the primary tenant is added to the account. If you are unsure who the primary Tenant is, please email us. You will only need to provide the Primary Tenant's First/Last name and email property address.
- Step 2: Double check your DC WASA Account to ensure you do not have 'E-bill/Online billing' set up. If you do, the tenant will not receive the paper bill.
- Step 3: After this has been completed, the Tenant will receive paper bills to the rental address. The owner will also receive a copy of the bill.
Removing Tenant Name From Water Account
Contact DC WASA and ask them to remove you as a billing contact.
