Phone Instructions

1. Call Washington Gas @ 1-703-750-1000. 
2. Press 1 to continue in English.
3. Press 2 to inquire about setting up service. 
4. Press 0 to establish an account at a property. (do not worry about giving your 10 digit account)
5. Provide operator with your contact information as well as property address. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OF THE OWNER MIGHT BE NECESSARY. 
6. Confirm start date for utility. OWNERSHIP OF THE BILL WILL BE TRANSFERRED OWNER.

1. Go to: https://eservice.washgas.com/MIMO/MoveIn/MI_Main.cfm?
2. Click “Continue”
3. Enter your housing information. (Be sure not to include any punctuation in the address)
4. The Premises information will appear, confirm that it is correct and click on “continue”
